Rev. and Mrs. Phillips have served as in the MD/VA Conference of the Free Methodist Church for over 45 years. They served as Pastor for several of our churches and as Conference Superintendents. Currently they serve as our Retreat Center Directors.

 Charlie and LeAnne, and their 5 boys have served at the Retreat Center and Campgrounds for over 10 years. Both hail from Maryland and have called Layhill Community Free Methodist their home church for over 40 years.
